Rate My Agent Integration

This article will walk through enabling Rate My Agent integration with Agentbox Sales and Property Management Proposals. The integration functions at an agent or agency level.

For RMA to display, a valid Agency Code needs to be entered into the Integration Settings, and the agency must have an Enterprise subscription with RMA. Reviews will not appear if only an Agent Code is provided or the Agency Code is missing or invalid.

1. Navigate to Integration. 

2. Enter the RMA Agency or Agent code. Click Activate. 

Note: Agency Integration is only accessible to Office Administrators. If you are a standard user without Office Administrator permissions, you will only have access to Agent Integration.

3. In the Template Editor, the RMA Agent Sales Review block will be hidden in the template editor when you disable the RMA Integration and shown when enabled.
