Providing clients' with access to My Agency Platform

1. Navigate to Contacts on the left-hand side panel, then apply any filters as necessary, to search for your contact.


 

2. Navigate to the desired contact and click on Generate URL.


 

3. Select MyAgency from the dropdown options then click Generate. This will create an individual url for that client.

3. Once that has been completed, navigate to the Email or SMS icon to send the unique url out to the client.

3. The Vendor will then receive the live link with access to the platform.
 

4. Press View to access the system from that specific client's perspective.
