The Website Admin role has been introduced to strike the right balance between usability and security. This role grants users the ability to edit and manage content using the Gutenberg editor but restricts access to sensitive site settings.


 

What Website Admins Can Access:

 

  • Add or modify Pages and Posts

  • Add or manage Testimonials, Case Studies, and Suburb Profiles

  • Use the Gutenberg Editor for content updates and layout changes

  • Make visual/design updates using blocks, patterns, and reusable content

 

What Website Admins Cannot Access:

 

The following menu items and sections are hidden or restricted:

  • Forms

  • Agentpoint Realty

  • Agentpoint+

  • Plugins

  • Users

  • Settings

  • All in One SEO
