Using Custom Fonts in Agentbox Proposals

This article outlines the process for incorporating custom fonts into an Agentbox Proposal.

As a master user, you now have the capability to add licensed fonts that align with your branding when customising proposals. This provides greater flexibility while ensuring compliance with font licensing requirements.

1. Log into your Agentbox Proposal account and navigate to Themes.

2. Click the Theme Editor Icon for the theme where you wish to add a customised font.

3. In the Font section, select Custom. You'll then see two radio options under both Heading and Body:

  • Font Family
  • Font Import URL
    •  Enter a valid font family name in the Font Family field.

4. Provide a valid licensed Font Import URL in the second field.

Note: Only one font can be used at any given time.

5. After saving the font details, a live preview of the font will appear on the right-hand side.

  • Scroll down to the theme editor page and click Save to apply the custom font across all templates and proposals that use the selected theme.

Note: The custom font will now be reflected in the template and proposal. The font added to the heading will be applied to all headers, and the font added to the body will be applied to all body text and menu options.
