Uploading Documents in Proposals


 

 

Real estate agents can streamline their property proposals with AgentBox Proposals by uploading, managing, and reusing key supporting documents like price guides and legal details. This feature ensures a polished and professional presentation for clients.

Access the Documents Module

1. Navigate to Templates

2. Click on Edit for an existing Sales or Property Management template.

3. Scroll to the Useful Documents module and click on Edit.

 

 

Uploading a Document

1. Navigate to the top left corner and select Upload Document.
 

 

 

2. The page will display a section allowing you to: 

  • Select Files to upload (you can only select one file at a time).
  • View or change the Document Title. 

Click to upload the document. 
 

Note: Supported file types for uploading include .pdf, .doc, and .docx, with a maximum file size limit of 10 MB.
 

 

4. After the upload is complete, you will be redirected to the main document page. The uploaded documents will be listed in the "Others" section, where you can select files. Additionally, options to edit or delete the files will be available.

 


 

5. Selecting a document from the "Others" section will automatically transfer it to the "Selected" section.



6. Unticking a selected document will move the file back to "Others".

Note: All uploaded documents will be stored in the user's personal documents library and can be found under the "Others" section.

 

7. To finish saving documents, press Save.

 

 

 

8. You will be redirected to the template editing screen, where the documents will become part of the proposal content. Viewers can then download the documents directly from the live proposal.
