Updating Templates

The platform will allow Office Administrators to manage the default content of the templates that are applicable to each office. 

Note: This does not apply to branding, as it is managed at the theme level.


 

Templates control the content of each proposal. 

 

Within Agentbox Proposals, there are 4  base Templates:

1. Sales Pre List Kit
2. Sales Proposal

3. Property Management Pre List Kit

4. Property Management Proposal 


 

1. Navigate to Templates on the left-hand side panel and click on the pencil icon to edit the desired template. 



 

2. Select your Proposal Version: PDF, Digital, or PDF & Digital.

  • Selecting PDF will generate only a PDF template.
  • Selecting Digital will generate only the website version of the template.
  • Selecting Digital and PDF will generate both versions of the template.
  • You may select your preferred option before clicking Next.

Please note: Template name / office cannot be updated via admin access. You will be required to reach out to support@agentbox.com.au.

 

 

3. Select your default theme then click Next. 

Please note: The default theme will be the selected theme by default when an agent selects that template to create a proposal.

It also allows the office admin user to view the template editor where they can edit the template for the selected theme.


 

4.  From within this interface, edit or update default content as per standard editing options or lock particular sections

Please note: Custom HTML & CSS should be avoided as it requires FE development. 

 

 

5. Untick to unlock the desired section. 

  • Click Save when you are satisfied. 

Note: New sections can be incorporated at the template level.
