Managing Cover Pages in PDF Proposals

To enhance readability and efficiency, the default setting for 'Set as Cover' in PDF proposals has been turned off. Previously, all headings were automatically designated as cover pages, which made proposals unnecessarily long. You now have greater control over which headings appear as cover pages, allowing for a more streamlined and customisable document structure.

Setting a Heading as a Cover Page

1. Open your proposal document in the PDF editor.

  • Locate the heading you wish to set as a cover page.

2. Click on the heading to reveal the formatting options.

  • Enable the 'Set as Cover' toggle to designate the heading as a cover page.

3. The PDF preview will update automatically to reflect your changes.

  • Click Print once done.

Reverting a Cover Page to a Standard Header

1. Open your proposal document in the PDF editor.

  • Identify the heading currently set as a cover page.
  • Click on the heading and uncheck the 'Set as Cover' option.

The heading will return to a standard format, and the PDF preview will update accordingly.

This ensures that your proposals are professional, well-organised, and easy to navigate. By following these steps, you can efficiently manage cover pages and create a more polished final document.
