Listing Auto Responder

 


 

 

 


 

 

*Note: The autoresponder allows you to edit the content of automated responses on a per listing basis. This will send automatic responses to anyone who enquires about a property through realestate.com.au, Domain, Allhomes or an Agentbox website.

 

 

From Agentbox: 

 

Follow these steps to modify the Auto Responder for a specific active listing within the Agentbox CRM.

 

 

1. Select your listing and navigate to the general tab. 

 

 

 

2. Select the Auto Responder button.

 

 

 

3. One clicked, you will be redirected to Content+. 

 

 

From Content+: 

 

 

1.  Navigate to Content > Listings. 

 



2. Search for your desired listing and click on the Pencil Icon.

 

 


3. Select the checbox to enable the auto response for that listing. 

You will have the following available short merge codes:
{listingAddress}
{contactName}
{agentName}
 

Edit the relevant information

 

 


 

4. Choose the Autoresponder Listing Image. 

 

 

 

5. Once that has been completed, the auto response for that listing will be enriched.

 

 

Below is an example of the auto response.

 

 

 

Disabling the Listing Auto Responder 

 

 

1. If you would like to disable the auto response for a specific listing, navigate to Content > Listings. 

 

 

2. Search for your desired listing and click on the Pencil Icon.
 

 

 

3. Select the 'x' under enable/disable autoresponder for this listing.
