Adding current properties for sale to your proposal

1. Navigate to the Current Properties For Sale section and hit the Edit icon. 


 

2. Select from the General Search section to search for properties in Core Logic or Pricefinder. Select your filters and press Search.



3. Select the property you wish to show in this section and click Add Selected Property.

4. This property will go into 'Others' under My Comparables. Click on the properties you wish to display, which will now appear under Selected and hit Save.

5. Your selected property will be shown in the Current Properties For Sale section of the proposal. 



 

Adding comparable sales manually 



1. Navigate to Current Properties for Sale and hit the Edit icon.

 


2. Click Add Sale.



3. Fill in details for the property you wish to display in this section, and then click Save.



4. Once you are happy with the details, hit Save.




5. This property will move into My Comparables, click to select the property and Click Save. 




6. The changes will be reflected in your proposal.
