Creating a Proposal - No Connected Data Source

This article explains the process of creating a proposal without connecting to data sources, CoreLogic or PriceFinder.

Note: If you do not connect to a data source, you will be required to manually enter the proposal address, comparable sales and comparable listings. 

Before creating a proposal, select your relevant office from the dropdown options as the default selection is set to the group level or "parent" account. Switching to the child account ensures you create the proposal under the correct office. 

Creating a Proposal - No Data Source

You are able to create a proposal without connecting to a data source like CoreLogic or PriceFinder. If you do not connect to a data source, you will be required to manually enter the proposal address, comparable sales and comparable listings. 

1. Navigate to the left-hand side panel or the top right and click Create Proposal.

2. Select a Template Type and Theme.

Note: As you are not connected to a data source, the option to connect will be visible. 

4. Enter the property address.

Note: The address will appear on the proposal as entered. Confirm the text and format is correct before continuing.

5. Search and select an agent from the dropdown options.

*Note: You can select the primary agent by clicking on the star next to their name.

Search and select vendors from the dropdown options,

then click Next.

Your proposal is now ready for editing.
