Creating a Proposal - CRM Appraisal Listing Auto Populate

This article explains the process for creating a Proposal from a Reapit Sales Appraisal without a datasource connection active in Proposals.

 

When a Proposal is created from an Appraisal listing and there is no data source connected, full property details are automatically populated into the Your Property section. Previously the property details  could not be fetched from the CRM. Because of this limitation, users typically relied on a datasource connection (CoreLogic or Pricefinder) to auto-populate these property details in their proposals.

Create a Proposal from an Appraisal - Reapit Sales

 

  1. In the universal search bar, start typing the address for the Appraisal Listing. 
  2. Select the property from the Appraisals section. 
  3. Click on the Appraisals Tab.
  4. Click on Create Proposal.
  5. You will be redirected to Proposals. Set the Template and Theme if required
  6. Add the Vendor.
  7. Click on Next.

 

 

Navigate to the Your Property section and the imported data and images will be visible.

Note: Before creating a proposal, select your relevant office from the dropdown options as the default selection is set to the group level or "parent" account. Switching to the child account ensures you create the proposal under the correct office. 

 

  1. Click on + Create Proposal.
  2. Select a Template and Theme from the dropdown.
  3. Click on CRM Appraisal Listing.
  4. Search and Select a Property Address
  5. Click on Select.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Next.

 

 

Navigate to the Your Property section and the imported data and images will be visible.
