Basic Product Navigation

1. On the left-hand side, you will find: 

• Current Proposals 
• Create Proposal
• Archived Proposals

Note: Each of those tabs will take you to the relevant proposal sections. 
 

2. In the current proposals tab, you will be able to search or click Create Proposal to start a brand new one from this page.

• Your proposals will be categorised between published, draft and accepted. 
• You will also be able to sort from Newest to Oldest or Oldest to Newest. 

3. From the Accepted Proposals page, you will be able to view all of your accepted proposals. In this section, you will be provided with a brief summary of all proposals.

4.  From the top right, you can click to access the user manual, access training or contact support. 

5. Navigate to the top right-hand side if you wish to switch between active user accounts or click on your user name to log out.

6. Pinning a Proposal

• Navigate to the dashboard.
• Find the proposal you wish to pin.
• Click on the three-dot menu next to the proposal.
• Select the "Pin to Top" option.

7. A notification will confirm that the proposal has been pinned, and it will automatically appear at the top of your dashboard list.

8. Unpinning a Proposal

• On the dashboard, locate the pinned proposal.
• Click on the three-dot menu and select Unpin.

Note: A notification will confirm that the proposal has been unpinned and removed from the top of the list.

9. Pin Limit
If you attempt to pin more than three proposals, a message will appear stating: "You can only pin up to 3 proposals."
To pin a new proposal, unpin one of the currently pinned proposals.
