Adding comparable sales to your proposal

Note: Adding comparable sales from RP Data CoreLogic

1. Navigate to Recent Comparable Sales and hit the Edit icon. 


 

2. Select from the General Search section, select your filters and press Search.



3. Select the property you wish to show in this section and click Add Selected Property.

4. This property will go into Selected under My Comparables. Hit Save.

5. Your selected property will be shown in the Recent Comparable Sales section of the proposal. 

Adding comparable sales manually 

1. Navigate to Recent Comparable Sales and hit the Edit icon. 


 

2. Click Add Listing.



3. Fill in details for the property you wish to display in this section, and then click Save.

5. This property will move into My Comparables, click to select the property.

6. The property will now move into Selected under My Comparables, hit Save.
